ABOUT ME

To begin a professional career is equivalent to initiate a learning route and a process of growth, both of which are endless. I started my own career in fashion fully assuming and putting into practice a phrase that Gabrielle Chanel used to say: "If you want to win the war, you will need a first-class uniform", and I personally started with the face. I started to make some inroads in the field of makeup performing different tasks as a makeup artist in the areas of editorial production, commerce and fashion. From the celebrities for whom I did their makeup, from the marketing campaigns that I performed and from the fashion shows that I participated in I obtained two things: a vast experience and the certainty that I needed something else.

A diploma course in Fashion Production that I took in the Jannette Klein University was the key factor that reoriented my professional compass. Subsequently I studied Image Design and Fashion Styling in the Istituto Marangoni of Milan, Italy, achieving the completion of my academic education and, at the same time, enriching my horizons as well as my discursive thoughts and propositions as a fashion stylist.
A challenge: that is the nature of my work and that is what my work will always be. A work that I have been able to develop in well-known spaces and prestigious platforms such as Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Mexico where I have assisted world-class brands and global designers such as Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada, Adolfo Dominguez, Guess by Paul Marciano, David Delfin and Angel Sanchez, to name a few. Outstanding reators of Mexican fashion such as Raquel Orozco, Alexia Ulibarri, Pineda Covalin and Alejandro Carlin have also been a substantial part of my development.
My great affinity and genuine interest in the editorial media -both printed and digital- has led me to participate in projects for landmark brands such as Vanidades, ¡Hola!, El Universal, Glocal y Eres, to mention some of the most prominent titles. This has allowed me to refine my guiding principles as a fashion stylist: fashion is a language that allows us to explore, reinvent and communicate different dimensions of beauty and to do so in accordance with the specific needs of each client.
